Coming from a background as an autonomous artist and thinker, I stepped into the world of recruitment and sales – an environment that at first felt far removed from my own. Precisely because of that, I look with a different perspective: critical of structures that overshadow humanity, yet curious about how authenticity and connection can serve as real strengths. At Selas & Partners, I find that space – to be honest, to build together, and to bring humanity and professionalism into balance.

A Different Perspective

My artistic background has made me sensitive to patterns, tensions, and the power of genuine encounter. In recruitment, this translates into looking beyond a CV: Who is this person, what are their values, and how can that resonate with an organization? Recruitment becomes more than a process – it becomes a dialogue.

Authentic Leadership as an Attitude

For me, leadership is not about position or ego, but about a way of listening, sensing, and aligning. It means staying true to yourself while also being of service to those around you. Within HR and recruitment, this means organizations showing real interest in their people and creating space for growth.

An attitude of listening, sensing, and aligning.

Building a Community

Work is more than performance. It can be a community where people can be themselves, support one another, and grow without masks. At Selas & Partners, I see how that culture is consciously nurtured – honest, straightforward, and grounded in trust. This is not only valuable for the company, but for the lives of the people who are part of it.
