Responsibilities

Parties will need to clearly agree on the scope of the services being outsourced and the performance required for them. By reaching agreements, responsibilities are clarified and identified, and these are part of the SLA (Service Level Agreement). Based on the scope and background of the agreements that parties reach, financial and binding agreements are also made, such as work guarantee, performance, and delivery obligation of scope and service.

By taking over services, greater interaction with the customer is created. The service provider will be able to deliver more value through the services they provide for the customer (and similar customers), and can position themselves as a knowledge leader (thought leadership).
